Summer rental villa in Miramar, area of Théoule sur Mer - This nice provencal villa on two levels with pool situated, 5 minutes from the beach and has a beautiful view over the Bay. 
The garden of 1500 m² is entirely secluded and is situated between 2 little roads. The entrance is at the top and there is a secluded parking space available. The entrance hall leads in to the elegantly furnished living room with dining area and sliding bays opening onto a nice terrace with wide views and facing south. The kitchen is modern and equipped with: oven - refrigerator - freezer - dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a little storage with washing machine . The master bedroom is situated on the same level, and has twin beds of 1 x 2 m, and sliding doors open on to the terrace. There are protection grills, which allow to sleep with open windows. An en suite bathroom with WC. 
The interior stairs lead to the lower level. There is one bedroom with a double bed of 140 and en suite shower and toilet . A small living TV room with access to the lower covered terrace and a 3rd bedroom with a double bed and en suite shower room with toilet. From the terrace leads a staircase to the half round shaped pool of 9 x5 with a nice terrace area and outside shower. On the side of the villa there is an oven for pizza and a barbecue. Many different terraces are situated around and below the villa, some are equipped with iron terrace furniture 
Next to the pool is a staircase which leads to the garage. The villa is tastefully furnished , very bright and is situated in a quiet and residential area, has wi-fi access.
